We get to know your business, share the decisions and stay close to the work. Because the point isn’t simply to ship software. It’s to make something better for you.
Chris connects the commercial opportunity to the product. Moh turns that direction into thoughtful engineering. We’ve built ventures, launched MVPs and been through exits ourselves, so we understand the decisions on both sides of a build.
You work directly with us, from the first conversation to the details your team will use every day.

A different way to build
Bespoke is closer than it used to be.
AI-assisted development gives a small, experienced team more room to move. Less time between an idea and something useful. More time on the decisions that matter.

AI accelerates the work. We own the decisions.
We review the output, test the important flows and take responsibility for what we deliver. Speed still needs sound engineering.

Codoki is led by Chris Latti and Muhammad Zaib, known as Moh. Chris focuses on business and product; Moh leads technology and engineering. Each brings 15–20 years of experience. Together, we connect what a business needs with what it takes to build something people can actually use.
You work directly with us, the founders, through WhatsApp and calls. There is no account manager between you and the people shaping and building your product, and no third-party handoff. That gives you a direct route to discuss priorities, ask questions and make decisions with the people responsible for the work.
Yes. Our experience includes our own ventures, MVPs and exits, as well as work within other businesses. We understand that building a product is only part of the job. Choosing what to build, deciding what can wait and keeping the commercial goal in view matter just as much.
Our experience includes Careem, Uber and Aldar, alongside government organisations and family offices. Each of us brings 15–20 years across our respective fields. We draw on that experience to understand the business context, ask useful questions and make practical choices about the product and how it should be built.
We start with the business problem and the result you want to achieve. That might mean finding a new revenue opportunity, reducing a cost or making a process more efficient. From there, we work together to define a focused initial build and understand the scope, integrations, data and decisions involved.
Focused initial builds average three to four weeks. That is a guide, not a promise for every project. The actual timeline depends on scope, integrations, the availability of data and how quickly we can work through feedback together. We discuss those dependencies when shaping the initial build.
Your knowledge of the business helps us make the right product decisions. We work directly with you through calls and WhatsApp to discuss priorities, answer questions and work through feedback. Timely input matters, particularly when a decision, access to data or an integration affects what we can build next.
We focus on business outcomes: creating revenue opportunities, reducing costs or improving efficiency. The right measure depends on the problem we are solving together. A working product is an important step, but commercial results also depend on factors beyond the build, so we do not guarantee revenue, savings or growth.
AI helps us accelerate the work of building a product. It does not replace the need to understand your business, choose the right priorities or make sound engineering decisions. Chris and Moh remain directly involved and accountable for the work, with AI supporting the process rather than owning the decisions.
Yes. AI is a tool we use, not a substitute for human responsibility. Chris leads the business and product thinking, while Moh leads technology and engineering. You work directly with us, and we remain accountable for the decisions and work involved in turning the agreed direction into a product.
Not necessarily. Using AI to help build a product is different from putting AI into the product itself. We start with the business problem and the outcome you want. An AI feature should have a clear purpose in that context, rather than becoming an extra feature simply because the technology is available.
AI can accelerate parts of a build, but it does not remove the work around scope, integrations, data or feedback. Those dependencies still shape the timeline and the decisions we need to make together. Our focused initial builds average three to four weeks, with the actual timing depending on the project.
