Paus Club needed a connected member experience: assessments, coaching, bookings and personal reports, all consistent with its brand. Separate tools and manual follow-ups made that experience harder to deliver smoothly.
AI-assisted development accelerated the platform from MVP to a full product in under three weeks, against an initial conventional-build estimate of four to six months. Live calendars and Mindbody bookings were connected with digital questionnaires, calculations, report generation and role-based notifications.
